Meet Shawn Kaul
LSI Consulting Group Founder
Shawn Kaul began his career as a machinist at Northrop Grumman in the 1990s, gaining firsthand experience on the manufacturing floor that continues to shape his people-first, operations-driven approach today. He later transitioned into consulting and went on to found LSI Consulting Group, where he has spent the past 30 years helping companies improve performance, strengthen teams, and scale sustainably.
Shawn brings deep experience across the metal extrusion, aerospace, and automotive industries. His work includes contributing to Orbital ATK on the James Webb Space Telescope, supporting Cosworth engine development, and laying the operational foundation for a new automotive division at Western Extrusion. Known for his ability to bridge strategy and execution, Shawn focuses on practical improvements that deliver measurable results where work actually happens.
